Pathetic experience! You can just take the loan but closure is not easy. You will feel harassed as there is no other way to contact them other than email id. They r so smart every time you write to them they will simply reply you as resolved.

I am quite surprised that such a big company and their disbursement process is so bad. And the worst is their customer support team. They are not able to be contacted anywhere. Neither call nor mail. They are just wasting the time of the applicant.
