Role Description We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Indore . In this field-based role, you’ll represent Indian Carpet Project by meeting potential customers face-to-face, showcasing our handcrafted rug samples, and converting interest into sales. If you're someone who enjoys direct interaction, loves beautiful design, and thrives on achieving targets — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Visit homes, studios, and retail stores to show samples and close sales. Make cold calls, cold emails, and WhatsApp outreach to generate leads. Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable rugs from our catalog. Build and manage strong customer relationships across the city. Track leads, maintain follow-ups, and update sales records regularly. Coordinate with the backend team for product dispatch and support. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in field sales , preferably in home decor, furniture, or lifestyle products. Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & basic English). Must own a vehicle and be comfortable traveling around Indore. Self-motivated, organized, and confident in door-to-door selling. Interest in interiors, textiles, or handmade design is a plus.
