Job Description: Sales Executive – Road & Parking Safety Materials Position: Sales Executive Company Name: INDIAMAX (WWW.INDIAMAXSAFETY.COM / WWW.INDIAMAX.ORG) Industry: Road Safety, Parking Safety & Building Security Solutions Location: Mira Road / WFH Experience: 0–5 years in B2B sales (preferably in safety, security, or construction-related products) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of road safety, parking safety, and security products, including speed breakers, bollards, convex mirrors, wheel stoppers, signages, barricades, and related materials. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, field sales experience, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. --- Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in road safety & parking safety segments. Meet contractors, builders, facility managers, architects, industries, and government bodies for product promotion. Generate and follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close sales deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions. Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated with market trends. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, dispatch, and after-sales support. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain CRM updates. --- Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline; MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an advantage. 0–5 years of experience in field sales; experience in safety, construction, or hardware industry preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel. Basic understanding of road safety and parking safety products (training will be provided).
