Job Title: Telecaller – Customer Outreach (IndiaFIRST Robotics)Job SummaryThe Telecaller will be responsible for contacting existing and potential customers of IndiaFIRST Robotics to provide information about products, services, training programs, and upcoming initiatives. The role requires systematic follow-up, accurate data recording, and maintaining professional communication standards. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to schools, parents, students, and partners from the IndiaFIRST Robotics customer database. Provide accurate information on robotics labs, training programs, workshops, and product offerings. Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM records with responses and follow-up requirements. Generate leads, schedule appointments, and share relevant documents or proposals as required. Handle inbound queries related to programs and redirect them to the appropriate team when needed. Follow communication scripts and maintain consistent professional etiquette. Achieve daily and weekly calling targets and conversion benchmarks. Assist in feedback collection, customer satisfaction calls, and data validation activities. Coordinate with the sales and operations team for campaign execution. Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum HSC or Graduate qualification. Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred. Clear communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
