Role Summary As an Electrical Maintenance Technician/Engineer at Agratas, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of electrical systems and automation equipment. This includes PLCs, drives, robots, conveyors, and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). Your focus will be on maximizing equipment uptime through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies. Key Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automation systems (SPMs, robots, vision systems, drives). Program and debug PLCs (Mitsubishi, OMRON, Siemens, Rockwell). Work with HMI, VFDs, robotic systems, precision dosing, vacuum tech, and laser welding. Utilize industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Ethernet, Profibus). Conduct root cause analysis (ICA, PCA) and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Execute Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PDM) plans. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure machine availability KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, CPU). Support safety audits, deliver technical/safety training, and ensure compliance. Work within TPM frameworks and use MES/SAP for maintenance tracking. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability and efficiency of surface treatment systems while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Ensure surface treatment processes meet quality standards by maintaining optimal operating conditions. Calibrate and adjust equipment parameters to achieve consistent coating/plating thickness and adhesion. Work closely with production teams to improve process efficiency and minimize material waste. Work Environment: Manufacturing/assembly plant setting with exposure to automated equipment. Requires standing, bending, and occasionally lifting heavy components. May require working on shifts or during planned maintenance shutdowns.
