PLC Programming & Troubleshooting: Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) to optimize assembly line automation.HMI & SCADA Development: Configure Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for efficient operator control.Machine Maintenance & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve issues with automated machinery, sensors, actuators, and control systems to minimize downtime.Integration of Equipment: Work with robotics, conveyors, and other automated systems to ensure seamless assembly line operations.Electrical & Control System Support: Maintain and troubleshoot control panels, wiring, and motor controls.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance production efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve product quality through automation adjustments.Documentation & Compliance: Maintain records of PLC programs, changes, and electrical schematics, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, maintenance teams, and operators to support production goals.
