The role will involve strategizing business development initiatives, overseeing retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term partnerships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute business development plans to expand the retail network (exclusive stores, franchise outlets, experience centers). Identify high-potential locations for retail expansion and establish partnerships with landlords, mall operators, and other stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and goals. Analyze market trends and customer preferences to refine retail strategies and improve customer engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute in-store campaigns and promotional activities. Monitor the performance of retail outlets, ensuring compliance with operational policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present reports on sales performance, revenue growth, and market insights to management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (logistics, product, marketing) to ensure consistent customer experience.
