We are expanding our partnerships team and looking for a high-energy Sponsorship Manager to drive revenue, build strategic partnerships, and close sponsorships for our flagship events. Role Overview As a Sponsorship Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing sponsorship and partnership deals with enterprises, Web3 companies, AI startups, tech service providers, venture capital firms, and global brands. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a deep understanding of the AI + blockchain ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential sponsors across AI, blockchain, crypto, fintech, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise tech, and related sectors. Develop and own the end-to-end sponsorship sales pipeline. Pitch sponsorship packages and custom partnership opportunities to CXOs, marketing heads, founders, and ecosystem leaders. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing & content teams to design compelling sponsorship offerings. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure a high-quality sponsor experience. Track market trends, competitor events, and opportunities for new monetization models. Represent India Blockchain Summit professionally across outreach, calls, and partner interactions. Requirements 2–6 years of experience in sponsorship sales, B2B partnerships, event sales, tech sales, or business development. Proven success in closing sponsorships or high-value B2B deals. Strong understanding of AI, blockchain, Web3, SaaS, fintech, or tech ecosystems (preferred). Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple conversations, follow up rigorously, and build long-term relationships. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
