Ad-Operations Intern 1. Analytical Skills: - Ability to analyze data sets to derive meaningful insights and recommendations. - Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as Excel, Data studio & Power BI 2. Creative Designing/Resizing: - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. - Experience in creating visually appealing graphics, banners, and social media assets. - Ability to resize and adapt design elements across various platforms and formats. 3. Communication: - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to convey complex ideas and findings in a clear and concise manner. - Comfortable collaborating with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. 4. Reporting: - Experience in generating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). - Familiarity with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, or Salesforce. - Attention to detail and accuracy in compiling and presenting data-driven insights. 5. Education: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Data Science, Graphic Design, or a related discipline. 6.
