The firm recently secured backing from a US based family office and is looking to scale rapidly over the near future. We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist with experience in selling B2B services, ideally in or adjacent to the financial services sector. The specialist will perform sales and telemarketing activities, including but not limited to, lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, scheduling meetings, initial client qualification, and database management. The individual would also identify, utilize and supervise AI sales agents. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and emails to investment firms, advisors, and institutions. Introduce and represent the firm’s during the outreach. Schedule meetings and demos for senior leadership Assist in post-meeting follow up materials as required Manage and update CRM with detailed call notes and lead status Refine call scripts and outreach strategies based on feedback and performance Research prospects to tailor communication Follow up with inbound leads and nurture cold leads Achieve weekly outreach and lead qualification targets Qualifications 1–5 years of B2B telemarketing or inside sales experience Prior experience selling services to investment banks, Family Offices, Wealth Management firms, RIAs, PE/VC firms, or other financial institutions is a strong plus Excellent spoken and written English communication Confident phone and personal presence and ability to build rapport quickly Organized, target-driven, and persistent Familiarity with any CRM systems Comfortable working in US working hours. Preferred Knowledge of financial services or investment banking Experience working with international clients (especially US/UK) Compensation Competitive salary + performance-based incentives

They will be an integral part of the team and as such will grow along with the firm. The role will provide a fast-paced, constantly evolving and exciting opportunity to break into a highly competitive industry. Job Description would include: A) Using all publicly available sources to produce information that could be useful for clients. B) Building three statement financial models. C) Analyzing businesses, industries, and economies to build investment thesis on companies. D) Building confidential information memorandums (CIMs) and pitch books. E) Conducting valuation based on comparable transaction/public company analysis. F) Preparing buyer/target lists for M&A clients Skills and characteristics required include: A) 0-2 years prior background in equity research (sell side/buy side), Investment Banking, marketing of asset management, Big-4 accounting, Strategy/Management Consulting B) MBA/CA/CPA/Masters/CFAs. In select case, we are open to considering exceptional candidates with undergrad/bachelor's degree. C) A highly entrepreneurial person who enjoys independence, unstructured environments and quick learning. D) Ability to express thoughts clearly in written (PPT/Word/Excel/Email) and oral form.
