Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all production and utility equipment. 3. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues promptly to reduce downtime. 4. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, breakdown records, and spare part inventories. 5. Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP, and plant maintenance policies. 6. Coordinate with production and quality teams to schedule maintenance without affecting output. 7. Identify opportunities for energy savings and equipment efficiency improvements. 8. Supervise contractors and service providers during major repairs or installations. 9. Train and develop maintenance staff for skill enhancement and multi-skill capability. 10. Support audits, inspections, and documentation as per company and regulatory standards.
