In-House Digital Content & Creative Team

Role & responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos and photographs using a camera, DSLR/mirrorless camera or iPhone.

- Edit videos using DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar editing applications.

- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, interviews, event videos, campus tours and promotional videos.

- Design general-purpose posters, admission creatives, announcements and social media graphics using Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Express or similar tools.

- Shoot interviews and candid interactions with the principal, teachers, students, school bus drivers, ayahs and other staff to showcase the real culture of MIS.

- Cover school events, activities, achievements and everyday campus life.

- Work with the content executive to convert weekly ideas into engaging videos and posts.

- Assist in producing admission campaign videos and advertising creatives for UKG, Grade 1 and Classes 1112.

- Maintain organised photo/video archives and ensure all content is edited and delivered on time.

### Skills required

- Practical shooting, framing, lighting, audio and basic composition skills.

- Good video editing and storytelling ability.

- Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or equivalent editing software.

- Basic graphic design skills using Photoshop, Canva or Adobe tools.

- Understanding of Instagram Reels, hooks, trends, transitions, captions and short-form video formats.

- Willingness to interact comfortably with students, teachers and school staff.

- A creative mindset, initiative and the ability to work independently.

Preferred candidate profile

Photography, videography, film, mass communication, visual communication, multimedia, graphic design or a related field. A strong portfolio matters more than a degree.
