Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounting Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks related to Finance & Accounting at our Gurugram location. Role includes monthly, quarterly, yearly forecasting, Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Accounting & Controls • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, vendor payments, and revenue recognition. • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and all supporting sub-ledgers. 2. MIS & Financial Reporting • Prepare and analyze MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including GM, CM1, contribution margins, marketing spends, returns, and discounting trends. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. 3. Marketplace & Website Reconciliation • Oversee revenue, payment, and return reconciliations from Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces. • Ensure correct accounting of sale-or-return transactions and settlement cycles. • Work closely with operations and warehousing teams to track dispatches, returns, and claims. 4. Taxation & Compliance • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. • Liaise with auditors for statutory and tax audits. • Maintain compliance with all regulatory filings and financial policies. 5. Systems & Process Improvement • Support automation initiatives including use of ERP, Tally, EasyEcom, and reconciliation tools. • Drive process improvements to ensure accuracy, scalability, and efficiency in financial operations. Candidate Requirements: • CA qualified with 3–5 years post-qualification experience (preferably in e-commerce, D2C, or retail sector). • Strong command of accounting principles, GST, marketplace reconciliation, and MIS. • Proficient in Tally , Excel , and financial tools like EasyEcom, Zoho Books, or equivalent. • Exposure to e-commerce accounting (Myntra, Ajio, Shopify, etc.) is highly preferred. • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a process-oriented approach.
