We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead innovation across our identity services, including mobile, frontend, and backend integrations. What You’ll Do: Own the product strategy and roadmap for ImproveID’s identity and authentication solutions. Translate market trends, customer needs , and security requirements into clear product features and user stories. Collaborate closely with the CTO, engineering, and UX teams to design and deliver scalable, user-friendly IAM features. Ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices such as NIST SP 800-63, ICAO, FIDO2, and PKI. Drive product initiatives across the full product lifecycle , from concept through launch and iteration. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews in an Agile/Scrum environment. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience in product management , preferably in cybersecurity or identity-focused products. Strong understanding of authentication, SSO, and security technologies . Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to align both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience delivering in Agile/Scrum environments and working with FaaS or microservices-based architectures. Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives. Nice to Have: Background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) , identity governance, or privileged access management (PAM). Hands-on knowledge of identity protocols such as OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect. Experience working with government identity programs or regulated sectors. Why Join ImproveID?
