We are hiring for – Import LCL Pricing Executive for Freight Forwarding Industry

Location: Chennai

No.of.positions: 1

Qualification: Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, preferably Import LCL Pricing/Quotation Desk.

Salary: 3 Lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and validate Import LCL quotation enquiries.

Prepare accurate and competitive quotations within TAT:

FOB: 15 minutes

EXW/FCA: 45 minutes, subject to origin rates.

Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, and overseas agents for rates and information.

Follow up with customers within 1 hour and continue until closure.

Maintain enquiry tracker, quotation details, follow-ups, and Won/Lost status.

Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports and analyse lost enquiries.

Ensure quotation accuracy, timely response, and support Sales for better conversion.

Knowledge of Import LCL, Incoterms, freight costing, and destination charges.

Good Excel, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Key Skills:

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Customer-focused and proactive approach.

Good commercial and analytical skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet TAT.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
