The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technology teams, driving project delivery, and ensuring the adoption of best engineering practices in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end software development projects across multiple teams. Manage architecture design, code quality, and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to ensure timely delivery. Guide and mentor engineers to build scalable and maintainable solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and implement improvements in tech processes. Manage client and stakeholder communication effectively. Requirements B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent technical qualification. 10+ years of experience in software development with leadership exposure. Hands-on experience in Java / .NET / Full Stack / Cloud Technologies (as per project need). Proven experience in managing teams and large-scale technology projects. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and people management skills.
