About the job: Key Responsibilities: A. Business development: 1. Identify, prospect (call, email, WhatsApp) and onboard new Masjids, Madrasahs, and Islamic Schools onto the Ad-Din platform with the help of the onboarding team. 2. Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, from initial outreach to contract closure, using a defined roadmap. 3. Develop partnerships with community leaders, organizations, and influencers to expand Ad-Din's reach. 4. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. B. Customer success: 5. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned institutions, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption. 6. Understand each institution's needs and align Ad-Din's solutions to help them succeed. 7. Provide product training, guidance, and best practices to maximize customer value. 8. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, driving retention and growth. 9.
