Key Responsibilities

• Handle Chats from international customers and provide technical support.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting and resolution.
• Provide clear and accurate technical solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company policies, security guidelines, and service-level agreements.

NOTE:

• - Only experienced candidates and immediate joiners are eligible for this role.
