Immediate Joiners Craftsperson | Helper | Full-time & Part-time

Job Summary:

Jhanvi Creations is looking for passionate and reliable Craftspersons and Helpers who can assist in the making of handmade decor, clay dolls, painting work, cutting, finishing, packing, and support tasks related to Navaratri Golu dolls and MDF crafts. We welcome both skilled artisans and enthusiastic beginners with a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

For Craftspersons:

• Clay modelling, painting, decorating handmade Golu dolls.
• Working with MDF decor and wooden craft items.
• Handling basic tools, cutting, shaping, and painting materials.
• Following design references and instructions with attention to detail.

For Helpers:

• Assist in material preparation, cleaning, and packing.
• Organize workspace and support the lead artists.
• Basic sanding, drying, labeling, and wrapping of finished products.
• Helping in workshop cleanliness and inventory.

Eligibility:

• Age 18+
• Willingness to learn and do manual work.
• Ability to follow instructions and deliver quality work.

Job Timings:

• Full-Time: 10 Hours/Day
• Part-Time: 5 Hours/Day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week

Supplemental Pay:
