Role & Responsibilities Counsel students and parents regarding course details, admissions, fee structure, and career pathways Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads effectively Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions to understand student goals and suggest suitable programs Explain JEE / NEET / Foundation / Competitive exam offerings clearly and confidently Follow up on leads and ensure conversion from inquiry to admission Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or registers Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth admission processes Participate in seminars, events, school visits, and admission drives Ensure high standards of student & parent satisfaction Achieve monthly admission targets as assigned by management Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate (any stream); Education / Psychology / Management background preferred 1 to 3 years experience in counseling, admissions, or education sales (Freshers with good communication may apply) Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English Strong interpersonal, convincing, and listening skills Student-centric approach with ethical counseling mindset Ability to handle pressure and meet admission targets Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp tools) Female candidates preferred.
