We are seeking a responsible, compassionate, and disciplined Female Hostel Warden to oversee the daily operations of the girls' hostel. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and well-managed residential environment for students, ensuring their well-being and adherence to hostel rules. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day hostel activities and maintain discipline and order among the students. Ensure students' safety, welfare, and personal development by providing a positive and nurturing environment. Monitor entry and exit of students and maintain attendance and leave records. Handle any emergencies (medical, disciplinary, etc.) and report incidents promptly to the management. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, facilities, and cleanliness standards in the hostel premises. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, kitchen staff, and maintenance personnel to ensure proper functioning of hostel services. Act as a mentor or counselor to students as needed and foster a supportive atmosphere. Enforce hostel rules and regulations fairly and consistently. Maintain records of grievances and complaints and escalate issues to the higher authority if required. Organize orientation programs or sessions for new hostel students regarding hostel rules and safety protocols.

Functional Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of product merchandising, range planning, pricing strategies, inventory management, visual merchandising, and vendor coordination. Knowledge of domestic and export documentation, trade practices, and global market requirements. Awareness of jewellery market trends, consumer behaviour, and technological advancements (AI forecasting, digital shelf management, virtual merchandising). The Admissions & Outreach Executive will be responsible for driving student enrolments by managing the entire admissions inquiry processright from lead generation to conversion—and by executing high-impact outreach activities with schools, colleges, industry partners, and career counsellors. The role bridges marketing initiatives with on-ground admissions execution to ensure enrolment targets are consistently met. Key Responsibilities : 1. Student Enrolment & Lead Management Handle all student enquiries via walk-ins, calls, emails, social media, and third-party lead portals. Maintain enquiry-to-admission records in CRM systems like Meritto; ensure timely follow-up and conversion tracking. Coordinate with Registrars and the Admissions team for timely counselling sessions, fee guidance, and admissions closure. 2. Outreach & Relationship Building Plan and conduct outreach activities with schools, colleges, career counsellors, and coaching centers. Organize career awareness sessions, PTMs, and open houses to create visibility for IIGJ courses. Build partnerships with industry associations and training bodies to increase enrolment pipelines. 3. Marketing & Promotions Support Assist in executing digital and offline campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility. Provide local market insights for targeted campaigns and events. Support content development for flyers, WhatsApp creatives, and outreach presentations. 4. Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate student enquiry and conversion data for weekly and monthly reporting.
