This is an entrepreneurial, high-impact role for a self-motivated professional passionate about business growth, conscious leadership, and transformative consulting. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities with corporate, SME, and VC-backed clients across industries Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, email, and direct engagement channels Present and pitch IgniteOne’s consulting services, assessments, and leadership programs to CXOs, HR heads, and business leaders Manage the end-to-end sales funnel – from lead qualification to proposal presentation and closure Collaborate with the strategy and leadership teams to tailor proposals and ensure client alignment with the SOLID framework Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and performance dashboards Represent IgniteOne with professionalism, empathy, and consciousness in every client interaction Ideal Profile 8+ years of experience in B2B consulting sales / corporate learning / organizational development / HR solutions.
