Designation :Executive Assistant Educational Qualifications : Bachelor Location : Sector 53 Work Timings :9pm-6pm Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in managing the daily schedule of the CEO or senior executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination. Organize and maintain professional email communication on behalf of the executive. Draft, review, and send professional emails and communications to clients and internal stakeholders. Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries. Assist in handling confidential information with integrity and discretion. Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and video calls across multiple time zones. Keep track of action items, follow-ups, and deadlines. Maintain proper records of communication, appointments, and documents. Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: BE/BTech/Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical or similar ) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar). Ability to draft professional emails and communication. Strong organizational and time-management skills. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to dynamic work requirements. A positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
