About the Role: We are looking for a Documentation Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the shipping or logistics industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing shipping/export/import documents, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo movement and compliance with international regulations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and verify Bill of Lading, Shipping Instructions, Invoice, Packing List, COO , etc. Coordinate with CHA, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, and Clients for timely document processing. Ensure compliance with international trade laws and documentation standards . Maintain accurate and organized records of all shipment-related documents. Track shipments and provide documentation support to the operations team. Liaise with banks and authorities for documents related to LCs, bank submission, and legalization . Ensure timely submission of pre-shipment and post-shipment documents . Requirements: 1–2 years of relevant experience in documentation within shipping/logistics companies. Strong knowledge of export/import documentation processes. Familiarity with INCOTERMS, HS Codes, and international shipping norms . Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and industry-related documentation software. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
