What You'll Do: Prepare and manage all export documents Bills of Lading, Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, etc. Coordinate with clients, shippers, consignees, freight forwarders, and destination agents for smooth shipment operations. Book cargo with mainline operators or feeders , share schedules, cut-offs, and updates. Ensure compliance with ports, customs, and regulatory authorities . Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients. Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams for shipment readiness. Handle special shipments (hazardous, temperature-sensitive, or high-value cargo). Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting. What Were Looking For: Minimum 1+ year of experience in export documentation within a shipping or logistics company. Knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and international trade regulations . Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with shipping software is a plus. Experience in companies owning ships/boxes is preferred. Why Join Us?
