Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai for a Regional Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional targets, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, mentoring and managing the sales team, and identifying opportunities to expand market reach. The Regional Sales Manager will monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and collaborate with marketing teams to optimize sales performance. Qualifications Proven ability in Sales Strategy Development and Market Analysis Experience in Client Relationship Management and Account Management Team Leadership and Mentorship skills Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and achieve sales targets Minimum 7-8 years Experience in consumer electronics or related industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
