Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that promote brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter). Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data analysis. Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to produce high-quality digital content. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads and track the customer journey. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, or HubSpot. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media platforms, and web analytics. Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
