Role Overview: As an Associate Technical Lead at IDeaS in the Software Development department located in Pune, you will be participating in the design and development of a multi-user, multi-tenant analytics-centric application using Java EE and state-of-the-art technologies. Your role will involve analyzing business and system requirements, designing innovative solutions, and supporting new and existing software to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze the business and system requirements in collaboration with product management, product owners, and other stakeholders. - Design and develop innovative solutions to meet business requirements. - Support new and existing software, working closely with technical support and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
