Key Responsibilities Front Office Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally. Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area. Handle scheduling and confirmation of client meetings. Administrative Support: Manage office stationery, courier, and other supply inventories.
