Don't waste your time by choosing IDC. Worst job consultancy. After waiting 2 months they said project was delayed not able to on board you at client location. No proper responses. They did not give value to candidates time.

I have been working here for the past 1 and half year with Tcs as client, I can give 4/5 for salary punctuality and 5/5 for responsiveness.

After clearing all rounds of interview, these people are saying that project is on hold, no offer ,wasted my 2 months of precious time. Don't believe these people, playing with candidates career

Worst consultancy, they never pay salary on time and no one will respond for your calls n mails especially noida team. Would have given negative star if it's available.

Its a worst company ever seen.. never paid salary on time...no one responds to calls/messages/mails. Managers wont respond to calls or mails but sells sarees on whats app.

Worst payroll organization client give clearance also idc employees not give salary and every month salary not give at time and employees very lazy, and other companies ask the BGV idc employees not give good information and experience also …
