The candidate must be tech-savvy, quick in learning, and ready to take responsibility. Key Responsibilities Act as a communication bridge between management and project teams. Track daily progress of tasks and maintain project workflow sheets. Create and update documentation, reports, and status trackers. Prepare professional PPT presentations for lectures, workshops & sessions. Use Canva to create simple and visually appealing designs. Maintain and manage files using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Schedule and coordinate meetings; record & circulate meeting minutes. Learn and work with latest AI tools & software (ChatGPT, HeyGen, etc.). Follow up with team members to ensure timely task completion. Support daily operations and take initiative in problem-solving. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive work environment.
