Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The primary goal will be to boost our sales and customer engagement by reaching out to existing and potential customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of handling inquiries and resolving complaints professionally. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Provide detailed information about products or services to generate interest and sales leads. Follow communication scripts and company guidelines while interacting with customers. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and existing customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved. Collaborate with the sales or support team to improve customer experience and streamline processes. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Previous experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or Call Center Agent is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered. Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English (and potentially other regional languages as needed). Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport, handle rejection positively, and maintain professionalism under pressure. Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems for data entry and record-keeping.
