Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor based in Chennai. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed program information, and addressing concerns to ensure a smooth admission experience. Responsibilities include nurturing strong relationships with prospective students, attending events to promote admissions, maintaining meticulous records of communication, and collaborating with the academic and marketing teams to enhance enrollment strategies. The role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills to deliver outstanding support to potential students and their families. Qualifications Strong interpersonal communication and excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in customer service and proficiency in building positive client relationships Proven ability in sales, with a track record of meeting enrollment or admission targets Background or interest in education, particularly in design and media programs Highly organized, with the ability to manage student data and follow up effectively Familiarity with admission counseling processes is a plus Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline is preferred
