Monitor site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth workflow. Manage labour, material, and site operations effectively. Report project progress to management on regular basis. Key Skills Required: Strong leadership and project management skills. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in MS Project/AutoCAD/Project Management tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
