Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Support & Service Executive at IBC Cube. As a Support & Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing customer support, managing and resolving customer issues, maintaining customer relationships and coordinating with internal teams. This role is located in Kolkata. Qualifications Recent graduates with degree in accounting/business preferred but graduates from any relevant fields are welcome to apply.Good phone etiquette and communication skillsExcellent reading, writing & speaking skill in English & HindiMust have hands on knowledge of MS OfficeCustomer Service and Problem-solving skillsTeam Management abilitiesAbility to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customersStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask
