Company Description The Instrumentation Automation Surveillance & Communication Sector Skill Council (IASC SSC) is an autonomous, not-for-profit organization under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India. Supported by the Department of Heavy Industries and the National Skill Development Corporation, IASC SSC focuses on creating skill development frameworks, certifying skilled professionals, and accrediting training providers. The organization aims to enhance the skill ecosystem within the Instrumentation, Automation, Surveillance, and Communication sectors by developing qualification frameworks, conducting manpower training, and empowering individuals through certifications. IASC SSC is dedicated to fostering a productive partnership between industry and skilled employees to create a robust and sustainable skill development ecosystem. Role Description This is a full-time, paid internship for Marketing & Communication at the IASC Sector Skill Council. The intern will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, developing promotional materials, managing social media platforms, and analyzing outreach strategies to ensure the visibility of IASC SSC’s initiatives. The role also includes supporting event coordination, preparing reports, and collaborating with teams to communicate core messages effectively. This is an on-site role located in Delhi, OH. Qualifications Strong skills in Creating awareness, Social Media Management, Marketing Campaigns, and Content Creation. Proficiency in Communication, Writing, and Presentation, along with a keen ability to develop engaging narratives for promotional purposes. Basic understanding and experience with Market Research, Data Analytics, and Strategic Planning. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively collaborate in a team environment. Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and MS Office is advantageous. Familiarity with the skill development ecosystem or similar sectors is a plus. A Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related domain; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
