Very Bad experience. Worked for more than 1 year in RPM process, but my entire hardwork was manipulated by TL & my appraisal was spoiled. Manager herself blindly follows TL. Human Resource dept is Great but unfortunately helpless in front of Operation Manager.

One of my friend is working here. Everything is good here except growth of employees who are doing hard work. I mean to say that if employee is in close relationship with manager than that employee will get perks, promotion and high growth within short period time. HR have to point out this scenario here.
