Worst service, paid to extend the waranty period of iphone 15 on 22/11/2024 still not extended, nobody responding the phone calls visited somany times to refund the money but no response worst centre, crews are in robbing please dont prefer this center

This has to be the most incapable Apple authorised service center. Longest wait times despite having multiple counters. Very unresponsive staff who do not care to explain what the issue exactly is and want to fleece money despite a product being within warranty. Writing to Apple as well to ensure strict action is taken!

I recently visited the Apple service center at Mantri Square and was quite disappointed. They charge 800 rupees just for a consultation fee, which I’ve never encountered at any other Apple service center. It was disappointing to travel all the way there just to be told what the issue was, and then have to pay more for the actual repair.
