Sales Executive/Assistant Manager gurugram 2 - 5 years INR 5.0 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

The role is responsible for growing laminate sales through dealers, distributors and retail counters, and for generating specifications and approvals from architects, interior designers, and key contractors in the assigned territory. Key responsibilities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets in the assigned NCR territory. Develop and manage dealer, distributor and retailer network: appointment, onboarding, pricing, schemes, display support and regular follow-up. Visit dealers, retailers, and project sites regularly to generate enquiries, close orders, and ensure proper product display and branding. Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and PMC/consultants to get brand specified in drawings and BOQs. Conduct product presentations, sampling and technical discussions with architects and key influencers to promote laminate range and new launches. Map key projects in NCR, track stages (design, tender, execution) and work with dealers to convert specifications into orders. Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, schemes and new projects and share regular feedback with management. Ensure timely payment collection, adherence to credit policies and resolution of dealer or customer issues. Prepare daily visit reports, sales forecasts and MIS; maintain updated customer database and pipeline. Candidate profile Experience : 2- 5 years in field sales in laminates, plywood, ACP, surface materials or building materials, strong exposure to dealer and/or architect sales in NCR preferred. Qualification : Graduate; diploma/degree in marketing or related field preferred but not mandatory. Must have : Existing relationships or workable contacts with laminate/plywood dealers and A&D (architects & designers) community in NCR. Two/Four-wheeler with valid driving licence, willingness to travel extensively within NCR. Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills; disciplined in follow-ups and reporting. Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in the field with minimal supervision. Compensation and benefits Salary: 50,000 INR/month in hand salary For laminate/building material sales in NCR, fixed plus performance-based incentives. Benefits : Conveyance or fuel reimbursement, mobile allowance, incentives/bonuses on target achievement; other standard company benefits as applicable (PF, insurance, etc.).
