Role Description We are seeking a Site Engineer - Electrical for a full-time, on-site position located in Maharashtra. The role includes overseeing installations activities at project sites, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with civil and structural engineers. Additional responsibilities include site inspections, coordination with contractors, and preparing progress reports. The Site Engineer will ensure work is executed in compliance with safety standards, project timelines, and technical specifications. Qualifications Proven experience in working on-site and ensuring adherence to project scopes, timelines, and safety protocols Effective Communication skills to coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and teams Knowledge of Quality Control practices to meet industry and project standards Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience with renewable energy or Ground Mount Solar power projects is a strong advantage Proficiency in relevant technical tools and software for documentation and reporting
