1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware installation and repair Install and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras and DVR/NVR configurations Set up and troubleshoot wired and wireless network equipment Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and UPS units Perform on-site hardware setups, cabling, and configurations Maintain service records and complete jobs on time Provide technical support and guidance to clients on-site Good problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and travel locally / other locations when required Diploma/Certification in IT Hardware services
