The role demands a mix of technical expertise, market understanding, and commercial acumen to ensure Hyglow’s products remain competitive, innovative, and aligned with customer needs. This position plays a key role in driving product strategy, coordinating with R&D, sales, and marketing teams, and supporting business growth through new product initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage the product lifecycle — from concept, design, and development to launch and post-launch review. Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements. Work closely with the R&D and design teams to develop new LED products and improve existing ones. Define product specifications, pricing, and positioning based on market intelligence. Prepare product training materials, presentations, and technical documents for the sales team. Support the marketing team in developing promotional materials, catalogs, and product campaigns. Analyze product performance, sales data, and margins to make data-driven decisions. Coordinate with supply chain and production teams for forecasting, inventory planning, and timely delivery. Liaise with key clients, distributors, and consultants for technical product discussions and feedback. Maintain compliance with BIS, BEE, and other quality certification standards. Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and government project segments. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate / Postgraduate in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or MBA (Marketing). 4–8 years of experience in Product Management or Lighting / Electrical Product Development . Strong understanding of LED technology, lighting standards, and product design. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM systems . Knowledge of BIS/BEE certification and quality control processes. Website: www.hyglow.com Role Summary: The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer communication, lead coordination, quotation follow-ups, and order processing for Hyglow’s range of LED lighting products. This role ensures smooth sales operations, customer satisfaction, and effective coordination between internal departments and field sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls/emails to generate and qualify sales leads. Coordinate with Territory Sales Executives and Area Sales Managers for timely lead follow-ups and closures. Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and maintain records of all client interactions. Track sales orders, collections, and delivery schedules with internal teams. Maintain and update the customer database and sales pipeline in CRM. Follow up with dealers, distributors, and institutional clients for payments and reorders. Support marketing initiatives such as product launches, promotions, and exhibitions. Generate daily/weekly MIS reports for sales progress and pipeline status. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt response and efficient issue resolution. Assist in preparing sales presentations and internal communication documents. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate (Preferred: Commerce / Marketing / Electrical background). 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination roles. Experience in LED lighting, electrical, or consumer product industry preferred. Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp reporting, and email communication.
