Roles and Responsibilities Manage warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and logistics planning. Oversee dispatch planning and coordination to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Develop and implement effective communication strategies with team members, suppliers, and stakeholders. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in logistics operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 7-10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. M.Com (Any Specialization) or MBA/PGDM (Any Specialization). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment. Collaborate with experienced operators to learn and apply best practices. Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of machines. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Feeding raw and packing materials into the machines. Assist to fix issues that might occur during the shift. Maintain activity logs, if any. Receive on-the-job training to develop technical skills for specific machinery. Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area Skills Required: Must be 12th + ITI (Any Trade - Preference will be given to Fitter, Mechanical, Machinist). Interest in machinery operation and mechanical systems. Ability to follow written and oral instructions Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time Willingness to work in shifts Basic understanding of safety regulations in an industrial setting.
