Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Moradabad. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, training sales teams, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company's innovative HHO kits and carbon cleaning technologies. Daily tasks include identifying new customers, delivering presentations, implementing marketing initiatives, and providing excellent customer service to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey product benefits and engage with clients. Proven experience in customer service and establishing sustainable client relationships. Background in sales and sales management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Experience in training and mentoring sales teams for optimized performance. Knowledge of eco-friendly technologies and a passion for promoting sustainable solutions is a plus. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, with a goal-oriented mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with automotive technology and products is advantageous.
