As an Assistant Kombucha Brewer at Hydra Kombucha, you will play a vital role in crafting high-quality kombucha. You will work closely with our brewers to assist in the brewing process, ensuring the production of kombucha. This position requires attention to detail, a passion for fermentation, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Assist in Brewing Quality Control Sanitation & Cleaning - CIP Ingredient Handling Record-Keeping Bottling and Packaging Inventory Management Manual Handling Qualifications: 1. Previous experience in kombucha brewing, home brewing, or fermentation is a plus. 2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. 3. Ability to follow standard operating procedures and recipes accurately. 4. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy brewing equipment. 5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 6. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a dynamic production environment.
