Role & responsibilities 1. Generating new enquiries/Leads and manage hydraulic power pack enquiries by visiting customers on regular basis, arrive on the BOM, get the costing and design done from the internal team and quote to the customer and get the orders. 2. Understanding the competitor products, work out the equivalents from our range and offer to customer with best price and delivery. Convince customer in the technology/uniqueness of our products and sell accordingly. 3. Sales of hydraulic power packs, Hydraulic valves, pumps and manifolds assembly blocks and any hydraulic products as per customer requirements and industry demand. Ensuring the sales target is met. 4. Handling customer communication on regular basis. [Both technical and commercial], Attending customer complaints at site and finding solutions for the same. 5. Repairs and Maintenance of hydraulic equipment in-house & also at customer site. 6. Follow ups on regular basis regarding pending payments, required documents and other aspects. 7. Supervision of testing of hydraulic products in-house. 8. Studying the feasibility of new projects based on technical information given by customers and giving proper solutions. 9. Stay up to date with emerging trends and advancements in hydraulic engineering, actively seeking opportunities to apply innovative technologies and methodologies in project designs. 10. Provide technical guidance and mentor-ship to junior engineers, offering support and expertise to ensure their professional development and project success. Preferred candidate profile 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 2. Minimum of 10 + years of experience in hydraulic engineering, power pack selection and testing and commission knowledge with a proven track record.
