Visited the showroom in Sohna Road last month. Very Courteous staff. Explained in detail and fully satisfied me on all my queries. Visited other dealers also but the professionalism of the Sohna Road showroom team made me go in for my bike from them.

Booked the service with KTM app, got the confirmation and found the service closed. After calling them to the provided number, the person answering disconnected the phone after i asked to speak in English. I lost just one hour, they lost a customer

I don't know how someone can call them polite and courteous. They don't even know how to behave customers. Rude and arrogant staff and management. They don't listen to customers neither resolve their problems. They are doing nothing but chasing their customers away..

I don’t know why there are negative reviews! I accompanied a friend and the staff was very courteous. Our problems were solved with a smile and in a swift. Appreciate the management’s efforts.
