Horrible customer service. I ordered a part for my 2019 lawn mower in mid December 2023. As of May 2024 (five months later), still no part. No one seems to know if/when the part will ever be shipped. I will NEVER purchase any product from this Husqvarna again.

My son bought me a Husqvarna blower for Christmas in Nov. Took it out of box in Feb. Run it 10 min. Could not keep it running, lowes has a 30 day return policy, would not refund. My son purchased 2 year warranty, hope I get it back from lowes before next Christmas. Dont buy.
