Role Requirements & Responsibilities Professional degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts. 8+ years of experience in professional kitchens, with proven leadership. Strong foundation in South Indian cuisine, with the ability to prepare multi-cuisine dishes. Manages operations, staff, and workflow. Sets quality standards and oversees kitchen operations.
