Role Description We are seeking a Vice President-Post Sales to oversee and optimize post-sales operations, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention. This full-time, on-site position is based in Hyderabad. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, streamlining post-sales processes, and driving customer success strategies. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling, client engagement, and operational efficiency.
