Role Overview: As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for supporting the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and collaborating closely with the operation team to drive the HR agenda. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the manpower is in place without any shortfall and to meet revenue targets through the appropriate deployment of staff. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment, On-Boarding & Retention: - Drive site teams to ensure timely and within budget hiring. - Develop a recruitment strategy for frontline staff. - Create alternative sourcing channels. - Ensure on-time onboarding in adherence to the organizations Key Financial Control norms. - Develop and lead client-specific retention plans. - Manpower Planning: - Develop plans to ensure a continuous availability of manpower without abrupt shortages. - Provide timely inputs for new bids. - Mobilisation, Induction, Training & Development, Employee Engagement: - Lead mobilizations, demobilizations, and critical client deployments in the region. - Ensure proper induction of UM & Key In unit resources. - Project manage unit induction in the region. - Support UM development plan and other employee development initiatives. - Create a project training calendar. - Drive employee engagement programs and actively participate in key events. - Ensure timely response and resolution to Speak-Up & Employee Connect and any other employee issues. - Compliance, IR & Labor Union Matters, Governance: - Handle IR issues effectively. - Prevent union formation. - Ensure all labor compliances are in order as per state rules. - Lead critical client/labor audits. - Client Engagement Support: - Conduct top unit visits and attend client meetings and reviews. - Ensure timely and effective resolution of escalations. Qualification Required: - Full-time Bachelors degree. - Full-time Masters in Business Administration.
